📦 Order Processing
All orders are carefully processed within 1–2 business days after your order is successfully placed.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details.
Please note that orders are not processed or delivered on Sundays and public holidays. During busy periods, sales events, or holidays, processing and delivery may take a little longer.

We currently offer shipping across India.
Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
🔎 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a notification containing your tracking information.
You can use the tracking number to follow your package and check its delivery status.
If you haven’t received your tracking details within 3 business days, please contact our support team.
🇮🇳 Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across India.
At this time, international shipping is not available.
⏰ Delivery Delays
We always do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help you check its status.
📦 Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the package and product.
We’ll review the issue and assist you with the next steps.
For packages showing as delivered but not received, please contact us so we can help you investigate the shipment with the courier.
